I deleted photos but got no space back
Deleted photos stay in the “Recently Deleted” album for 30 days. Open Photos → Albums → Recently Deleted and empty it to free up the space right away.
A photo won’t open and says “Original in iCloud”
The original is stored only in iCloud. Turn on Settings → Download from iCloud in Snapflick and the system Photos service will download it for viewing. You can decide to keep or delete it without downloading.
Not all my photos are shown
You have most likely allowed access to selected photos only. Add photos in Snapflick (Settings → Choose Accessible Photos) or allow full access in iOS Settings → Snapflick → Photos.
Moving my statistics to a new device
Sign in with the same Apple Account and keep iCloud on for Snapflick: your statistics and achievements will appear automatically.
Deleting my data
Delete the app: everything stored on your device is removed with it. The statistics copy in iCloud is kept in your Apple Account; to stop syncing it, turn off iCloud for Snapflick in iOS Settings.
Your mail app will open. We usually reply within a few days.
