Snapflick Русский

Privacy Policy

Version of October 4, 2026

This policy explains what data the Snapflick app and this website touch. It follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”. In short: the app sends the developer no data, and the website collects none.

1. General

Operator: Kirill Abroshin, an individual (“we”). This policy covers the Snapflick iOS app (“the app”) and this website.

For any question about data, use the “Contact support” button on the Support page or, in the app, Settings → About → Contact the developer.

2. The app sends us no data

The app has no sign-up, ads, analytics, tracking or third-party SDKs and never contacts our servers. We don’t receive or process your photos, library details, statistics or device identifiers.

Access to your library is needed to show photos as cards. Finding similar shots, duplicates, blurry photos and documents and picking the best shot run on your device using built-in iOS technology. Text recognised in documents is never stored.

Photos are deleted only after you confirm in the iOS system dialog and stay in “Recently Deleted” for 30 days.

3. Data on your device

To work, the app keeps on your device:

  • your review session history, statistics and achievements;
  • the list of photos you chose to keep, so they aren’t shown again;
  • the progress of an unfinished session and your settings;
  • the analysis cache (numeric image features and file sizes), removed automatically after 7 days and clearable in the app’s settings.

This data is protected by iOS encryption, stays under your control and is removed together with the app. We have no access to it.

4. iCloud, notifications and Face ID

Statistics, session history and achievements sync between your devices signed in with the same Apple Account through iCloud. Apple stores this data in your account under Apple’s terms, and we have no access to it. You can turn sync off in iOS Settings: your name → iCloud.

If a photo’s original is stored in iCloud and “Download from iCloud” is on in the app, the system Photos service downloads it. The app itself doesn’t connect to the internet.

Reminders are scheduled on your device. Face ID, Touch ID and your passcode are checked by iOS: the app only receives the result and has no access to biometric data.

5. This website

The website uses no cookies, visitor counters, scripts or third-party services and has no forms.

The hosting server may automatically log technical request data (IP address, time, requested page, browser details) to keep the site running and secure. These logs are not used to identify visitors and are deleted within 30 days.

6. Support requests

If you write to us, we receive the email address the message came from and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it only to reply and share it with no one except the email service that delivers the message.

The basis for this is your request, sent on your own initiative. Correspondence is kept for no longer than one year after the last message and then deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

7. Your rights

Under Articles 14–17 of Law No. 152-FZ, you may:

  • get information about how your personal data is processed;
  • have your data corrected, blocked or destroyed if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or processed unlawfully;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • appeal to Roskomnadzor, the Russian data protection authority (rkn.gov.ru), or to a court.

Send requests with the “Contact support” button. We’ll reply within the period set by law, no later than 10 working days after receiving the request.

8. Security

We don’t keep app users’ data on our servers. Data on your device is protected by iOS, sync runs through Apple’s secure infrastructure, and the website is served over HTTPS only.

9. Children

The app and the website don’t collect data from anyone, including children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page, with its date at the top. Significant changes will be mentioned in the app’s release notes.
