1. License

The app is distributed free of charge through the App Store under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. The app is owned by Kirill Abroshin.

2. Deleting photos

The app deletes photos only after you confirm in the iOS system dialog. Deleted photos stay in “Recently Deleted” for 30 days, where they can be recovered. Please check your selection before deleting: once “Recently Deleted” is emptied, photos can’t be recovered.

3. Liability

The app is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for data loss or other consequences of its use.

4. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, unless the mandatory rules of your country of residence provide otherwise.

5. Changes

The app’s features and these terms may change. The current version is always published on this page.
